ABOUT ME

I completed my studies

and
training at Hands on Therapy School of Massage in Mesquite in 2000.    After receiving my Massage Therapy License, I was invited to be the massage therapist on site at Legacy Salons in Plano.

An avid proponent of fitness and nutrition, I have a passion for promoting healthy muscle tissue and proper recovery from injuries.  I am skilled in many types of massage, from relaxation to various more intensive techniques.  Many of my clients are individuals endeavoring to solve muscular issues, strains from severe stress or injuries, and other such problems.   This is accomplished by incorporating a combination of sports massage, deep tissue and trigger point therapies, as well as traditional swedish techniques to create a true “theraputic” massage.  This type of massage will not only make you feel better at the end of a session, but will also have lasting benefits throughout your busy lifestyle.

I have completed continuing education courses in sports therapy, headache techniques, and table shiatsu, as well as specific work in the shoulder, neck and arm areas.

On a more personal note, I am a native Texan and have lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for 13 years.  In addition to massage, I am also a professional musician.   My wife and I have a very successful group called Imperial Brass and we also play with many of the area orchestras and churches.
